Aaron Reuben is an associate in the Environment & Energy and Real Estate practices in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Reuben works on land use, environmental law and contracts for renewable energy projects and real estate matters. For real estate developments, Mr. Reuben works on construction contracts and joint venture agreements. His real estate work includes commercial leasing, data center transactions, and acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Reuben has worked on matters across asset classes, nationally and internationally.
In connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Mr. Reuben counsels on real estate and environmental law matters.
Mr. Reuben helps clients navigate the California Environmental Quality Act, the California Coastal Act, and the federal Clean Water Act.
Aaron grew up in San Francisco and then attended Phillips Exeter Academy for high school. Aaron graduated from New York University Summa Cum Laude. While in New York, Aaron interned at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, Investigations Division. He then worked at Vornado Realty Trust, a developer with a portfolio of over 35 million square feet. Aaron first worked as an intern for building management before moving to the headquarters, then as a Project Associate he supported the office leasing, real estate development and in-house counsel groups.
Aaron returned to Vornado Realty Trust for his summer after his first year at Georgetown Law. In 2019, Aaron interned at the U.S. General Services Administration, General Counsel’s Office.
Aaron graduated from Georgetown Law in 2021. At Georgetown Law, Aaron was the Treasurer of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization (“CFLO”). Aaron was then on the Executive Board of CFLO. Aaron was a Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association and helped with event planning and alumni engagement. At Georgetown Law, Aaron was a Mindfulness Community Circle Leader and a member of the Student-Faculty Finance Committee.
